Hey Brown Family! 

Just our second-to-last Family Reunion Committee meeting will be

 Saturday, March 28th at 8:00 PM (EST)

Since our budgets are finalized, the next two meetings will focus on execution and progress updates, including:

• Committee progress reports (what’s been purchased and what’s still pending)

• Remaining deadlines and vendor confirmations

• Event timeline & weekend flow

• Day-of responsibilities (setup, breakdown, MC, etc.)

• Matriarch & Patriarch recognition details

• Logistics (supplies, transport, )

• Final communication plan for the full family

Please come prepared with updates from your committee so we can lock everything in before our final May meeting. We’re in the home stretch!
