Fees & Dues
To help cover shared reunion expenses, a family reunion fee will be collected from each household or individual attending. These funds go directly toward venue costs, food, entertainment, activities, supplies, and other group needs.
Traveling Families: $100/ Family
Host Families: $800/ Family
Children under 12: Free
All Non-Family Attendees: $15 Per Person/ Per Day
T-shirts & Tote Bags: $10 Each.

Please note: We are using a sliding scale for all families. If anyone is willing and able to contribute more than the suggested amount, it would be greatly appreciated. Fees help ensure we can plan responsibly and create a meaningful experience for everyone.

Pull out that outfit you loved but never had the moment for.
Bold, fun, dressy, extra, or totally unique is encouraged.
This is a relaxed welcome night, so come as yourself and let your personality shine!
Saturday – Family Picnic Day
Comfort is key. Wear your reunion t-shirt if you’ve purchased one.
If not, come in comfortable picnic-ready clothing.
Think breathable fabrics, sneakers or sandals, and clothes you can move around in for games and lounging.
Sunday – Sunday’s Best
Dress nice and polished to close the weekend together.
Sundresses, nice slacks, skirts, button-downs, or coordinated outfits are perfect.
This day is ideal for family photos and reflection.
